Terms of Service

These terms cover the public website at mushygreen.uk and the publishing tool at dangbai.mushygreen.uk (together, the "Service"), run by Mushy Green ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

The public website shows our animated and podcast videos. The publishing tool is a private tool for the channel owner and invited team members. It lets them prepare titles and captions, approve each post, and publish or schedule their own videos to their own YouTube channels, Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts through each platform's official API.

Accounts

Only people invited by the owner may sign in to the publishing tool. Keep your password private.
You may only connect YouTube, Facebook or TikTok accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.
We may remove access for anyone who misuses the Service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and text you publish. You give us permission to store and send them only so the Service can publish them where you ask.
You are responsible for making sure your content is yours to publish and follows the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Nothing is posted until you approve it. You can see each post's result and link in the Service.

Third-party platforms

Posting depends on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. Their own terms and limits apply. For example, TikTok may keep posts private until an app is approved, and each platform limits how many posts can be made per day. We are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post spam, misleading content, content you do not have rights to, or anything illegal or harmful. Do not try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for posts that fail or are delayed.

Ending access

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how to remove stored data.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page with a new effective date.
